York-based Greenhouse OS raises £668k for estate agency CRM platform

Greenhouse Os Ltd has secured an estimated £668k in its latest funding round to scale its customizable CRM platform for the real estate sector. The York-based company provides software specifically designed for estate and letting agents to automate workflows, including booking viewings, valuations, prospecting, and client updates.
Founded in 2023, the startup addresses the limitations of rigid CRM systems by allowing agencies to build their own operating systems. Users can design bespoke dashboards, customer journeys, and marketing strategies. The software also includes data enrichment tools that convert historic records into property ownership data to help agents generate new valuations.
This latest investment of £668k (allotted in March) marks the company's largest funding round to date. It follows a series of raises over the past two years, including £125.1k in September 2025 and £340k in July 2025. The company's first recorded round was for £171.2k in March 2024.
Greenhouse Os Ltd operates with a team of 14 employees according to its LinkedIn profile, though its most recent statutory accounts recorded a headcount of five. The business is headquartered in York and focuses on providing tools that allow agents to maintain control over their internal processes rather than being restricted by software supplier limitations.
The platform's functionality includes automated sales progression tracking and property listing management. By allowing agents to select, edit, or create new features, the software aims to improve operational efficiency and free up time for customer-facing tasks. Greenhouse OS positions itself as a partner to estate agents, providing the tools for them to innovate their own internal dashboards and reporting systems.
