RAYCROWN S.A. takes major stake in Greenback Recycling Technologies

RAYCROWN S.A. has joined the cap table of Greenback Recycling Technologies Limited, acquiring a total of 1,083,462 shares. This new holding consists of 990,000 B Ordinary shares and 93,462 A Ordinary shares. The change was recorded in a confirmation statement for the period ending 5 July 2026.
Based in London and founded in 2018, Greenback Recycling Technologies recycles post-consumer flexible plastic packaging. It utilizes a proprietary Enval microwave-induced pyrolysis process to create circular feedstock, specifically π-Oil and recovered aluminium. The company also provides a blockchain-based traceability system to manufacturers for circular supply-chain solutions.
The entry of the Luxembourg-based investor follows previous activity on the register that includes several institutional and private holders. Existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include Torteval Investments Limited with 686,053 shares, Exemplas Limited with 466,306 shares, and Natari LLC with 345,059 shares. Other investors include Etagra Group B.V. (320,550 shares), The Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge (236,346 shares), and UK FF Nominees Limited (194,732 shares).
