Grath Consultancy Group secures £320.5k for financial services compliance platform

A funding round of £320.5k has been secured by Grath Consultancy Group Limited, a London-based firm specializing in business and domestic software development. This latest investment values the company at an estimated post-money valuation of £6.3m. Its primary product is a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform designed to help organizations proactively manage risks.

The company primarily targets the financial services industry, providing tools to improve corporate governance and ensure regulatory compliance. Its client base includes self-employed individuals, small businesses, and midsize enterprises.

Incorporated in 2019, the business reached a headcount of seven employees according to accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025. This latest share allotment took place in April, with the corresponding regulatory documentation filed in June.
