Gospace Ai secures £150k seed funding for workplace automation platform

Gospace Ai Limited has developed an autonomous occupancy management solution that uses spatial AI to automate office space allocation and team scheduling. The London-based company recently secured £150k in a seed funding round (March 2026).

Founded in 2014, the software developer focuses on optimizing real estate utilization for organizations with hybrid workforces. The platform integrates with Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools to forecast employee attendance and assign team spaces without requiring manual bookings. By predicting demand and adapting space usage, the technology aims to reduce operational costs and environmental emissions while coordinating in-person work experiences.

This latest £150k investment follows two smaller funding injections of £50k each in October and November 2025. The company has a history of multiple funding rounds, including a £1m raise in September 2019 and a £691.4k round in March 2021. Other previous capital includes £376k in December 2021, £219.2k in September 2022, and several smaller rounds dating back to 2017.

Gospace Ai currently employs 10 people. The platform functions by creating dynamic neighborhoods for teams based on historical attendance patterns and employee preferences. It notifies staff of their assigned team space via mobile, email, or Microsoft Teams, allowing employees to see when colleagues will be present and set fixed office days. Managers use the system to identify permanent space and operational savings by autonomously optimizing building capacity.
