Investment of £145.3k has been secured by Gosnells Beverages, a manufacturer of alcoholic drinks branded as nectars or sparkling nectars. Based in Gloucester, the company produces these honey-based beverages in cans, bottles, and kegs to compete with craft beer and cider in both on-trade and off-trade markets.

Incorporated in 2012, the business aims to bring food-friendly mead into the mainstream. This latest investment gives the firm an estimated post-money valuation of £965.4k. This figure represents a decrease compared to previous funding rounds, such as the October 2025 raise of £180.3k which valued the company at £3.8m.

Between January 2024 and July 2025, the company completed eight separate funding rounds, with valuations previously climbing from £2.8m to £3.6m. Its largest historical round recorded was £305k in March 2022 at a £2.6m valuation. Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 show the business employed 14 people. Documentation for this latest round was filed in June following an allotment of shares in May.
