Get Otii secures £76.3k for early years compliance software
Published
Early years providers can manage Ofsted compliance through a new digital operating system developed by Get Otii Ltd, which recently raised an estimated £76.3k. This funding round values the London-based startup at approximately £2.5m. The company focuses on reducing the administrative burden for nursery staff by making daily practices visible and accountable for inspections.
Founded in June 2025, Get Otii positions its platform as a daily compliance tool rather than a static digital filing cabinet. The software includes AI-powered dashboards and smart policy trackers designed to integrate compliance into the routine of nursery management. These tools aim to alleviate the pressure of Ofsted inspections by ensuring providers are prepared on a continuous basis.
The startup currently operates with a team of three employees. Its product suite also features bite-sized staff training modules intended to improve outcomes for staff, children, and parents. By automating paperwork and tracking regulatory requirements, the platform seeks to provide a more accurate picture of quality during the inspection process.
The platform addresses the specific problem of nursery providers drowning in paperwork. By using AI-powered dashboards, Get Otii allows managers to monitor compliance metrics in real time. The smart policy trackers ensure that all regulatory documentation is up to date and easily accessible. This approach is designed to transform inspection preparation from a high-stress event into a standard part of daily operations.
This capital injection follows the company's incorporation last year (allotment date April 2026, filing date May 2026). Get Otii intends to use the software to help providers move away from paper-based systems and focus on childcare delivery.
