Counterview Venture Fund III and ID4 Ventures join Gensyn cap table

Gensyn Limited, a London-based developer of a decentralized machine learning compute protocol, has added two new entities to its cap table. Founded in 2020, the company provides a global network for training deep learning models by unifying hardware from data centers to laptops. According to its latest confirmation statement (period ending 12 May 2026), Counterview Venture Fund III LP joined the register with 1,794 Series B shares. ID4 Ventures Carry I SCSP also entered the cap table with a holding of 333 Series B shares.
The appearance of multiple new venture funds on the register may signal a recent investment round. These new entrants join several existing institutional investors. CNK Seed Fund I, L.P. remains the largest shareholder listed with 367,416 shares.
