Low-alcohol wine producer Future Chateau Ltd has secured £50k in its latest investment round, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £2.7m. The London-based company manufactures a range of 5% ABV wines using premium grapes and traditional winemaking techniques to provide full flavor with reduced calories.

Future Chateau was incorporated in January 2025. The business focuses on consumers who wish to moderate their alcohol consumption without abandoning wine entirely. Its core target demographic consists of successful women aged 40 to 55.

This latest round follows a consistent period of fundraising for the startup. In January, the company raised two separate amounts of £372.1k and £40k at a valuation of £2.6m. Prior to those rounds, Future Chateau secured £205k and £45k in December 2025 at a valuation of £2.2m. The current £2.7m valuation indicates a steady rise in the company's valuation since its launch.

The company operates from London and has been active for approximately 16 months. While the latest filings (allotted in April and filed in May) confirm the new capital, they do not include updated figures for revenue, employee numbers, or profit and loss. The total capital raised across these documented rounds since December 2025 stands at £712.1k.
