Blackdragon Ventures LLC joins London software firm Fradiber Limited

Blackdragon Ventures LLC has joined the cap table of London-based software developer Fradiber Limited. The company, which was incorporated in 2022, specializes in the design and support of custom business and domestic software applications, including web pages and databases. Its latest confirmation statement (for the period ending 8 May 2026) shows that Blackdragon Ventures LLC has taken a holding of 163 Ordinary shares.

This new shareholder joins a cap table that features several established venture investors. Move VC I LP continues to hold 2,000 shares, while D1 Ventures maintains a position of 507 shares. Other existing shareholders include Fracton Ventures with 300 shares and Nearweek AG with 200 shares.
