Echo Nova GmbH joins Fabacus Holdings Limited as new shareholder

Echo Nova GmbH has joined the cap table of Fabacus Holdings Limited as a new shareholder with 206 Ordinary shares. Based in London and founded in 2013, Fabacus provides data-driven software solutions for brands and retailers, focusing on business intelligence, supply chain management, and product lifecycle data. The change was recorded in a confirmation statement covering the period up to 7 July 2026.

The company maintains a diverse group of existing investors. WCS Nominees Limited remains the largest shareholder with 28,394 shares, followed by Wealth Club Nominees Ltd with 25,881 shares. Large holdings are also maintained by Leonicole Limited and 3 JS Holding Assets Limited, which hold 12,722 and 12,721 shares respectively.
