Es3g Limited secures £188.6k Series A for supply chain monitoring platform

Guildford based Es3g Limited has raised £188.6k in a Series A funding round to support its technology platform focused on labor rights monitoring. The company operates Ask The Workers, a mobile application and data service that collects direct feedback from employees at international production sites.

Founded in 2022, Es3g Limited provides global brands, retailers, and supply chain managers with real time data on working conditions. The platform is designed to detect human rights issues and ensure ethical standards are met across complex supply chains. The company positions its service as an independent, third party data source that is difficult to greenwash, comparing its model to a Trustpilot for factories.

The Ask The Workers solution targets compliance with international regulations, including the German Supply Chain Act, known as Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz. The company offers its full solution starting from US$10 or €9 per month per workplace, with no upfront costs. This pricing model is intended to allow for global scale and simple deployment across all suppliers in a brand network.

This latest Series A round of £188.6k follows two previous funding events. The company raised £250k in March 2025 and £468.7k in June 2022. Documentation for the current round was filed in March 2026 (with an allotment date also in March 2026).

Es3g Limited currently has nine employees listed on LinkedIn. The business focuses on several core specialties including ESG, human rights due diligence, sustainable sourcing, and corporate social responsibility. Its headquarters remain in Guildford, where it manages the development and deployment of its worker voice technology.
