Automation specialist Ensiovision Limited has secured an estimated £457.9k in a funding round that values the business at an estimated £6.3m. Based in Mexborough, the startup manufactures Sydan, a technology designed to retrofit onto forklift trucks.
Founded in 2023, the company utilizes artificial intelligence and neural networks to automate identification and data collection during standard operations. The system scans barcodes, captures images of pallet conditions, and records weight and measurements without requiring user intervention or causing delays. This product targets the palletized logistics industry to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Financial records for the year ended 31 July 2024 show the firm had five employees. This latest capital injection follows earlier activity this year, with the total funding raised during 2026 now reaching £645.8k. Documentation for the current round was filed in July, following an allotment of shares in June.
