Pixel-flo secures £1.1m to scale microLED display production

Published

High-throughput, scalable manufacturing of microLED displays is the objective of Pixel-flo Limited, which recently secured an estimated £1.1m in new funding. The company develops a continuous fluidic mass-transfer process. This approach is intended to bring the hardware to mass-market price points by solving existing production bottlenecks that currently limit output volumes.

Based in Sheffield, the business was incorporated in April 2025 and operates in the electronics sector. This latest investment brings the total capital raised by the firm during 2026 to £5.5m.

Documentation for the round was filed in July, following an allotment of shares earlier that same month. Recent changes to the board include the appointment of John Martin Williams as a director in June. LinkedIn profiles suggest he is possibly a former Partner at PwC.
