Incorporated in 2024, the company operates within the IT services sector, providing expertise that covers platform implementation and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) design. Its technical capabilities include AI-powered automation and Now Assist integration, which are delivered alongside advisory and managed-service support.

The business reported eight employees for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. This round follows a total of £121.5m raised during the previous calendar year. Administrative filings for the new shares were completed in September, following an allotment that took place in August.
