Eaglecrest Telecoms raises £3.1m to reach £62.7m valuation

Providing specialized telecommunications applications and VOIP services, Eaglecrest Telecoms Limited has raised an estimated £3.1m in new capital. This latest investment values the London-based company at approximately £62.7m.

Founded in 2018, Eaglecrest Telecoms operates as a telecommunications reseller and service provider. Its operations include satellite tracking, radar station operations, and the provision of internet access over third-party networks. The company also offers telephone and internet services in public facilities alongside its Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) products.

Financial accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 show the company generated revenue of £11.5m. During the same period, the business recorded a loss of £3.3m. Eaglecrest Telecoms employed 25 people at the time of the filing.

The £3.1m raise (allotted and filed in May 2026) follows a series of funding rounds over the past three years. The current valuation of £62.7m follows two smaller allotments earlier in the year and in late 2025. In January 2026, the company raised £70.2k at a £1.3m valuation, and in October 2025, it secured £156.5k at a £2.8m valuation.

Prior to those smaller rounds, the company maintained a higher valuation trajectory. In April 2025, it raised £3.8m at a £61.2m valuation, following a £3.9m round in January 2025 at a £57.8m valuation. Other historical rounds include £3.8m in October 2024 at a £53.2m valuation and £4.5m in April 2024 at a £53.8m valuation.

The company's funding history also includes a £3m raise in July 2024 at a £39.2m valuation and two rounds in late 2023: £3.9m in December at a £42.9m valuation and £4m in October at a £39.8m valuation. In July 2025, the company raised £2.4m at a valuation of £40.7m.
