An estimated £1.4m has been raised by Doveryard Limited, a London-based firm providing professional and technical consultancy services. The company, which was incorporated in 2017, operates as a multi-disciplinary agency covering business brokerage, quality assurance consultancy, and literary and entertainment representation.
This latest funding round brings the company's estimated post-money valuation to £39.1m. The capital follows a Series A round in December 2025, which raised £680k at a valuation of £36.6m.
Financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 show that Doveryard Limited recorded a loss of £6.5m. The company has been active in the capital markets throughout the previous year, securing multiple rounds of investment. In November 2025, the firm raised a £400k seed round at a £35.9m valuation.
The company's valuation has increased from £27.3m in January 2025 to its current level of £39.1m. During 2025, the firm completed monthly raises including £920k in February, £840k in March, £700k in June, and £960k in July. Larger individual rounds during that period included a £1.3m raise in August 2025, which valued the business at £33.7m.
Other contributions to the company's capital structure in late 2025 included a £700k raise in September and a £400k raise in October. The most recent documentation for the current £1.4m round was filed in May 2026 (with an allotment date in the same month).
