GAM MNL Nominees and Guinness VCT join Dorm Limited cap table

Dorm Limited, a London-based education platform founded in 2020, recently updated its shareholder register in a confirmation statement covering the period to 19 May 2026. Operating under the brand Oneday, the company provides AI-enabled mentorship and accredited MBA programs for entrepreneurs.

GAM MNL Nominees Limited joined the cap table with 162,304 Series A shares. Other new entrants include Flint Capital Opportunities, L.P with 39,917 shares and Guinness VCT PLC with 27,434 shares. Both GAM MNL Nominees and Guinness VCT are also shareholders in Perci Health Ltd, Maestro Media Limited, and Qureight Limited. Plug and Play Ventures Group LLC joined with 14,857 Ordinary shares, while Robert L Cohen 2025 Irrevocable Trust took 5,144 shares.

Several existing investors increased their positions. Brighteye Venture Capital SCA RAIF, also a shareholder in Visibly Tech Limited, grew its holding to 302,385 shares. Eduimpact Fund KY increased its stake to 189,628 shares, and Flint Capital II LP, which backs Cloud Retail Ltd, rose to 157,235 shares. WCS Nominees Limited, a shareholder in Covatic Ltd and Echion Technologies Ltd, increased its holding to 32,813 shares.

Ananda Impact Fund IV GMBH and Co KG exited its position of 186,297 shares, and Playfair Capital Investment Nominee Ltd decreased its holding to 6,620 shares. Plug and Play LLC also exited the cap table. Outward VC Fund LLP remains a shareholder with 159,988 shares. The arrival of multiple new institutional investors may signal a recent round of investment.
