Dear Garden raises £50k to grow digital gardening platform

Owners of small-to-mid-size private gardens can access step-by-step digital assistance through the DearGarden mobile app. Developed by London-based Dear Garden Ltd, the software helps users design garden beds and receive personalized plant recommendations. The platform also provides weekly care guidance to help individuals manage their outdoor spaces more effectively.

A recent funding round has brought in £50k of new capital for the business. This investment results in an estimated post-money valuation of £1.7m for the startup.

The company was incorporated in January 2025 to address the needs of home gardeners through an in-app guide that manages planting tasks. Operating within the sector for retail via the internet, the business filed documentation for this share allotment in September 2026.
