While this specific entity was incorporated in October 2025, the brand, which operates as Curzon Consulting, was originally established in 2003 as Curzon & Company. Its expertise includes digital transformation, growth strategy, and operational performance improvement for clients in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

There are currently 58 employees at the organization. It has received industry recognition, including being named by the Financial Times and Statista as a top UK name in 2024. Documentation for this share issue was filed in September following an allotment in March.
