A recent funding round has seen London-based Venture Pad Ltd raise £200k. This investment values the company at an estimated £2.2m post-money.
The firm was incorporated in January 2025 and focuses on documenting the growth of founders and innovators within the Sri Lankan startup ecosystem. It provides market analysis and high-signal news intended to assist ventures in scaling.
Official filings for the round were completed in July, following an allotment of shares that took place in March. Beyond its media operations, the company is registered to provide management consultancy services, excluding financial management, to businesses and organizations. It also lists sound recording and music publishing activities among its core functions.
LinkedIn data shows the company currently has zero employees. It positions itself as a base layer for the community, aiming to bridge the gap between raw potential and institutional growth for the next generation of builders.
