Cosmic Universe Enterprises secures £80k for astrology-led dating services

Operating live dating events under the Love at First Sign brand, Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd has secured £80k in new funding. The Hatfield-based company provides a combination of physical matchmaking events and digital astrological guidance through a mobile application.

This latest investment results in an estimated post-money valuation of £7.4m for the business. The funding round follows a share allotment that took place in February, with the corresponding paperwork filed with Companies House in May.

Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd has been active since its incorporation in 2013. Its business model addresses the dating market by integrating celestial insights into the matchmaking process, offering users guidance based on astrology. Financial records for the year ended 31 August 2025 show that the company maintains a lean operational structure with a single employee recorded for that period.

The company expanded its leadership team late last year with the appointment of Harry Riley as a director in December 2025.

The £7.4m valuation follows this capital injection, which supports the company's ongoing operations in both the event management and app-based dating sectors. The business continues to operate from its base in Hatfield, managing its dual-revenue stream of live events and digital service subscriptions.
