Condri Ltd secures £100k investment at £2.5m valuation

A funding round of £100k has been secured by Condri Ltd (company number 17275888), valuing the enterprise at an estimated £2.5m post-money. The firm operates from London within the business and domestic software development sector.

The startup provides programming for both ready-made and custom software alongside database design and systems analysis. Operations also encompass data analysis consultancy, web page design, and the maintenance and support of existing systems. Formal documentation for the share allotment was processed in July.

Incorporated in June, the company appointed Josef Paul Newton, George Sait Punter, and Karolina Maria Martin to its board. LinkedIn data suggests she may have a professional background as a senior recruiter and talent acquisition specialist.
