Collective Equity Ownership secures £175.9k for equity diversification platform

The London-based firm recently secured £175.9k in new funding to support its service, which provides liquidity and risk-sharing among accredited investors.

Incorporated in 2017, the firm operates within the information technology services sector and is targeted at high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated investors who require exposure to multiple startup equities rather than a single holding. Financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 indicate that the business operates with a team of three employees.

The 2026 funding follows a total of £375.4k secured during 2025. Formal documentation for the recent capital was filed in June (after an initial allotment of shares in February).
