Next-generation optical systems developer Cnuic Technologies Limited has raised an estimated £2m in a seed funding round. The Edinburgh-based company, which was incorporated on April 16, 2025, focuses on precision manufacturing and nanoscale engineering through a new approach to lithography.
The funding round was finalized with an allotment date of April 27, 2026, and a subsequent filing date of May 4, 2026. This £2m investment serves as the company's initial seed capital following its first year of operations. Cnuic Technologies develops virtual masks and optical systems designed for enterprise, small and medium businesses, and consumer markets. Its technology solutions include software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI, alongside cloud and infrastructure components.
