Clarus Technology Holdings raises £15.8m for veterinary practice software

Pet industry veterans and technology leaders established Clarus Technology Holdings Ltd to reduce barriers in the pet care market. The London-based firm recently raised £15.8m to support its operations as a holding company.
The Clarus Practice Portal provides veterinary teams with financial clarity during appointments, helping owners understand treatment options and costs. By centralising decision-making information, the software assists practices in managing informed discussions about animal health.
Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2025 show the business generated £822.6k in revenue while posting a £32.3m loss. The entity, which was incorporated in 2024, now has a headcount of 37 employees.
Total funding for 2026 has reached £34.2m, following the £4.6m secured throughout 2025. Jennifer Lynn Fitzgerald was appointed as a director in September, the same month the filing for this round occurred (allotment date August); her LinkedIn profile indicates she is possibly a Talent and Leadership Partner at Experian.
