Kandy Holdings Limited has exited the cap table of Brighton-based health technology company Chestpal Ltd. The departing shareholder previously held 1,490,313 preference shares in the business. This change was recorded in a confirmation statement filed on 11 July 2026 for the period ending 26 April 2026.

Founded in 2022, Chestpal Ltd develops ChestPal Pro, an AI-driven digital stethoscope application. The technology automatically classifies breath sounds, including wheezes, crackles, and normal breathing, using spectrogram analysis to support frontline healthcare providers in patient management and diagnosis.

Several major investors remain on the company register following this exit. Atlantic Labs IV GmbH & Co. KG continues as a primary shareholder with 15,088,752 shares. Verge Healthtech Fund I Pte. Ltd maintains a holding of 11,099,764 shares, while Grace (Jersey) Limited holds 4,079,517 shares. Other existing shareholders include Sentosa Capital OU with 3,956,682 shares and Motech Pte Ltd with 1,629,503 shares. The John B. Ulmer Revocable Trust and Verge Opportunities I LP also retain their positions on the cap table with 1,604,323 and 1,127,927 shares respectively. The departure of Kandy Holdings Limited represents the only change to the shareholder list during this reporting period.
