New Wave Ventures joins Charco Neurotech as Amadeus V increases stake

Cambridge-based Charco Neurotech Ltd develops the CUE1, a wearable medical device designed to alleviate Parkinson's disease symptoms through vibrotactile stimulation. Founded in 2019, the company recorded changes to its cap table in its latest confirmation statement for the period ending 1 June 2026. Amadeus V Technology Fund L.P. increased its position by 48 percent, adding 595,239 shares to reach a total holding of 1,837,526. Amadeus V is also a shareholder in Nyobolt Limited.
New Wave Ventures LLP joined the cap table as a new shareholder with 198,413 shares. The firm is also a shareholder in Barista Verde Limited. Mint Venture Partners also increased its stake by 28 percent, moving from 289,017 to 371,002 shares. The appearance of a new investor alongside stake increases from existing backers may signal a recent round of funding.

MNL (Parkwalk) Nominees Limited continues to hold 2,057,061 shares, while The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners maintains a holding of 1,272,038 shares.
