Published

An estimated £1.3m has been raised by Cascade Enterprise Limited, a London-based entity. This latest investment round brings the company to an estimated post-money valuation of £3.8m.

The business was incorporated in March 2025 to operate as a holding company. Its primary function involves holding shares in other corporate entities. The firm maintains a specific exclusion policy regarding its portfolio, avoiding companies that are primarily engaged in agriculture, production, construction, distribution, or financial services.

The funding was formalised through documentation filed in September 2026. This filing followed an allotment of shares that was completed earlier that month.
