A new investment of £3.6m has been raised by Inpp Troy Investment Co Limited, a London-based entity that operates as a holding company. The firm focuses on owning shares in other businesses rather than engaging in direct trading activities.

Incorporated in July 2025, the company reached a post-money valuation of approximately £10.3m following the completion of this round. The allotment of shares was finalised in September 2026, with formal documentation submitted to Companies House in the same month.
