Bradford-based Brad-chem Holdings Limited secures £1.3m funding

Brad-chem Holdings Limited has raised an estimated £1.3m in its latest funding round. The business, which is based in Bradford and was incorporated in 2017, operates as a manufacturer and distributor of specialty lubricant additives and multi-metal corrosion inhibitors.

The firm provides technical solutions including copper passivators, solid lubricants, and various chemical dispersions. These products are utilized across several industrial markets, including the lubricants, metal treatment, cleaning, deicing, and water treatment sectors.

This capital injection follows the company's most recent financial accounts, which were prepared for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The investment was finalized in September, with formal documentation and the share allotment both recorded during that month.
