Tiny Supercomputer reduces Bondio Ltd stake as Halo II PCC joins

Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company III L.P. has reduced its holding in Bondio Ltd by 35 percent, according to a recent confirmation statement. The London-based company, founded in 2023, develops a connectivity platform providing global access to 5G, 4G, voice, and IoT services through a flexible API. Its technology allows eSIM providers and enterprises to manage local numbers and provision eSIMs to reduce costs.

The investor moved from 59,435 shares to 38,717 Series Seed A shares during the period ending 2 May 2026. Simultaneously, Halo II PCC Limited joined the cap table as a new shareholder with an initial holding of 7,699 Series Seed A shares.

Several existing investors remain on the company register. Deutsche Telekom Venture Studio Limited continues to hold 537,313 shares. Other shareholders include MNL (Ascension) Nominees Limited with 69,690 shares, Octopus First Cheque I LP with 28,097 shares, and Go Ventures Ltd with 22,124 shares. Odin Investments Limited and Golden Square I, L.P. maintain holdings of 17,249 and 6,906 shares respectively. These updates were confirmed in a filing made on 17 May 2026.
