Memento Medicines secures £21m for Altrincham-based research

An estimated £21m has been raised by Memento Medicines Uk Limited to support its work in experimental development. Headquartered in Altrincham, the company engages in research within the natural sciences and engineering sectors. Its operations include specific projects in medical sciences and chemistry.

The business was incorporated in May, when Naveen Daryani was also appointed to the board as a director.

Documentation for the investment was filed in June 2026, the same month as the allotment date.
