MFM Synbio Ventures UG joins London-based Bactobio Ltd cap table

MFM Synbio Ventures UG has joined the cap table of Bactobio Ltd, according to the company latest confirmation statement (filed 2 June 2026). The new investor acquired 19 Ordinary shares in the London-based biotechnology firm. Founded in 2020, Bactobio Ltd operates a microbial discovery platform that uses synthetic biology, next-generation sequencing, and machine learning to cultivate previously unculturable microbes. The company aims to discover novel chemical and biological products to address antimicrobial resistance in healthcare and agriculture.

Bridford Investments Limited remains the largest stakeholder with 22,383 shares. Other existing shareholders that continue to hold positions include Pioneer Fund GP Ltd with 2,402 shares, Grypania Holdings Ltd with 1,903 shares, and Alfin SRL and CC Holding SRL, which both hold 1,902 shares.

The cap table also features Emirates Consortium LLC with 1,372 shares and Bianchi Marè Holding SRL with 1,110 shares.
