The company, headquartered in Penryn, Cornwall, specialises in transforming Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data into high-resolution optical and infrared imagery, even through complete cloud cover, using advanced artificial intelligence. This recent capital injection, filed on April 30, 2026, with an allotment date of March 17, 2026, marks another step in the company's growth trajectory.

Founded on February 5, 2021, Aspia Space addresses a critical challenge in Earth observation: the pervasive issue of cloud cover hindering the acquisition of clear satellite imagery. Traditional optical satellites are often rendered ineffective by clouds, leading to gaps in data and delayed insights. Aspia Space overcomes this limitation by leveraging SAR data, which can penetrate clouds, and then applying proprietary AI models to convert this data into visually rich, actionable intelligence.
