Developing immersive programmes for high-consequence operations is the core focus of ARuVR, which has secured an estimated £106.8k in its latest funding round. Based in Potters Bar, the company uses an extended-reality (XR) platform to provide turnkey learning solutions for Fortune 500 customers across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. The technology targets organisations in sectors such as aviation, manufacturing, and defence that require secure instructional experiences where decision-making under pressure is critical.

The business was incorporated in 2018 and has previously received funding from Innovate UK. Its proprietary IMPACT methodology utilizes a measure called Decision Latency to track the timing and accuracy of a trainee's response to safety-critical stimuli. The ISO 27001 certified service reaches more than 23,000 users across three continents, with a client list including The AA, LNER, Rio Tinto, and Coca-Cola.

This latest injection (allotted in September; filed in June) brings the total funding for 2026 to £188k, following £281.8k raised throughout 2025. While accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 listed 6 staff, the firm's LinkedIn profile currently shows a headcount of 17 at its London headquarters.
