Oyster Bay and Kadmos Capital increase stakes in Arda Biomaterials

Arda Biomaterials converts spent grain from beer and whiskey production into plastic-free polymers and textiles for the fashion and luxury goods markets. Based in London and founded in 2022, the company produces biodegradable leather alternatives from brewery waste.
A recent confirmation statement for the period ending 20 June 2026 shows that Oyster Bay Venture Capital II GmbH & Co. KG increased its stake in the business. The investor added 102,273 shares to its holding, bringing its total to 301,741 shares. This is a 51 percent increase over its previous position of 199,468 shares.
Kadmos Capital I LP also increased its shareholding during the same period. The firm added 29,830 shares, moving from 58,178 to 88,008 shares. These simultaneous increases by existing institutional investors may signal a recent funding round.
