Business software developer Almanac Technologies Ltd has secured £37.3k in its latest funding round. The London based company, which focuses on business and domestic software development alongside IT consultancy, reached an estimated post money valuation of £1m following the investment.
Registered under company number 17060054, Almanac Technologies was incorporated in February. The firm is headquartered in London and provides information technology consultancy services alongside its core software development activities. Its operations cover both the commercial and domestic software markets. The company is registered in England and Wales and operates as a private limited company.
The funding round was formalised through an allotment of shares (April), with the corresponding documentation filed recently (May). This capital injection follows the company's recent formation and provides early stage funding for its initial development phase.
Alexander Michel Fribourg was appointed as a director in February. LinkedIn data suggests Fribourg may hold a position as a Chief Investment Officer (Equities), though this professional link remains unverified.
As a newly established entity, Almanac Technologies has not yet published comprehensive financial metrics such as annual revenue, total assets, or profit and loss statements. The current valuation of £1m reflects the company's standing following this initial share allotment. This round represents the first recorded funding for the business since its incorporation earlier this year.
