Aivs Software secures £139k for sovereign AI deployment

Sovereign AI solutions for professional services are the focus of Aivs Software Limited, a Poole-based technology firm that recently secured £139.5k in new funding. This latest capital injection values the company at an estimated £414.4k.

Founded in 2024, the business operates within the security systems services sector and addresses governance requirements through ISO/IEC 42001-aligned frameworks. Its technical offering includes secure FAISS search and NVIDIA Spark on-premise deployment options.

The company has raised a total of £169.4k during 2026. This follows a previous funding total of £200k recorded in 2025.

In April, the firm appointed two new directors. Robert Alan Porter-Smith joined the board, with AI data suggesting he may serve as an investor and non-executive chairman. Oliver Williams was also appointed; LinkedIn profiles suggest he may be a partner and head of trading at Optiver India.

Formal documentation was filed in July, following an allotment of shares that took place in May.
