General Motors Ventures and Deep Insight join Addionics cap table

Addionics Limited develops porous 3D metal current collectors designed to replace conventional battery components for higher energy density and longer life. Founded in 2017 and based in London, the company sells its technology to battery manufacturers and automotive OEMs. A recent confirmation statement for the period ending 30 April 2026 shows an expansion of the cap table. Deep Insight L.P. and General Motors Ventures LLC both joined as new shareholders with 433,245 Preferred B shares each. General Motors Ventures LLC is also a shareholder in Focal Point Positioning Ltd and Geopura Ltd.
Other new entrants include Elron Ventures Limited with 303,272 shares, Union Investments & Developments Ltd with 303,271 shares, and Akellai Invest II Limited with 216,622 shares. S.I. Orion, L.P. (164,632), Catalyst IV Fund (Israel) L.P. (155,968), Tetrad Ltd (129,973), and Varana Capital (129,973) also joined the cap table alongside 14 other new investors. The arrival of multiple new Preferred B shareholders may signal a recent round.
Several existing shareholders increased their stakes during this period. Delek Motors Ltd added 191,971 shares to reach a total of 624,628, while 8090 Breakthrough LLC increased its holding by 95,985 shares to 312,313. MCP Magna Capital Partners Ltd grew its position by 63,427 shares to 206,377. Next Gear Venture Partners, LP remains the largest shareholder on the cap table with 753,213 shares. Other established investors include Novelis Inc. with 162,246 shares and Zwanziger Family Ventures LLC with 154,740 shares.
