Abra Group reaches £3.1b valuation following £53.8m funding round

A fresh injection of £53.8m has been secured by Abra Group Limited, a multinational enterprise headquartered in Altrincham. This latest investment brings the estimated post-money valuation of the business to £3.1b.

To address the fragmentation of regional air travel, the company integrates local airline brands, including Avianca, GOL, and Wamos Air, onto a unified platform. These subsidiaries provide air passenger and cargo transport services alongside loyalty programs to customers in Latin America, North America, and Europe.

Incorporated in 2022, the entity operates as a holding company for its various aviation interests. Documentation for the capital increase was filed in September (following an allotment of shares that took place in August).
