Abingdon Software Group raises £23.9m Series A for mission-critical SaaS

Automating core processes for public and private sector organisations is the focus of London-based Abingdon Software Group, which recently raised an estimated £23.9m in a Series A round. Operating in the business and domestic software development sector, the company develops mission-critical SaaS platforms that serve as systems of record.
The firm's portfolio includes PestScan, a solution utilized by more than 600 pest-control companies across 40 countries, including various regions in Europe and the United States. Other industries served by the group include aviation, healthcare, maritime, travel, telecommunications, and local government.
Founded in 2022, the business pursues a growth strategy combining organic development with strategic acquisitions. Financial accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025 show a loss of £995.6k. The 2026 funding follows a previous total of £21.9m recorded in 2025, while current staffing levels sit at 29 employees according to company data.
The investment involved an allotment of shares in February, with formal documentation filed the following month.
