Abingdon Software Group automates mission-critical processes for approximately 1,000 organizations across Western Europe and the United States. The London-based company has secured a £22.4m Series A funding round, which places its post-money valuation at an estimated £219.9m.

Founded in 2022, the group operates as a diversified software entity that acquires and develops specialized B2B solutions. Its portfolio includes systems of record for industries such as healthcare, aviation, logistics, and telecommunications. The company provides software and services to both public and private sector clients, including local government and maritime organizations.

The latest financial filings for Abingdon Software Group show a loss of £995,611. LinkedIn data indicates the company currently has a headcount of 29 employees.

This £22.4m Series A round follows a series of previous capital raises. In March 2025, the company completed two funding events of £1.4m and £20.4m. Earlier records show a £15.3m round in April 2024 and a £424.3k raise in May 2023. The company’s earliest funding dates back to August 2022, when it secured two allotments of £9.3m and £149.9k.

The documentation for this latest round was filed in March, following a share allotment in February. Abingdon Software Group grows its business through a combination of organic development and the acquisition of specialized software products.
