Scottish firm completes seven-figure funding round

Providing expert advice and solutions to its clients, Xentra Sol Ltd has secured an estimated £2.1m. The Glasgow-based firm operates within the information technology consultancy sector and was previously known as Fairtech Sol Ltd.

The business was incorporated in 2021. According to its latest financial accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, the company maintained a headcount of 6 employees.

Lewis John Jones joined the board as a director in June, coinciding with the share allotment. Formal documentation for the transaction was filed in September.
