This investment values the Woking-based company at approximately £2.2m. The firm provides biodegradable, home-compostable solutions specifically targeting brands seeking alternatives to expanded polystyrene.
Incorporated in 2024, the business operates in the biotechnology research and experimental development sector, creating high-performance, lightweight hybrid structures for the future of mobility. While its primary focus is protective applications, the technology is also applicable to the automotive, yachting, and aerospace industries as a replacement for carbon-intensive composites. Its work specialises in the circular economy and the advancement of natural innovation for industrial components.
Financial accounts for the period ending 30 November 2025 recorded a headcount of one employee, though current figures suggest the team has expanded to four staff members. The documentation for this round was filed in September (following an allotment of shares in August).
