Willow Minds secures £130k at £1m valuation

An estimated £130k has been raised by Willow Minds Limited to support its growth. The investment values the Bath-based company at an estimated £1m post-money.

The organization, which is located in the South West, specializes in business and domestic software development. Its technical remit involves the design and modification of digital products, alongside rigorous testing and ongoing support services. The entity develops systems software and specific applications, while also building databases and web pages tailored to the needs of its clients.

Incorporated in May as a private limited company, the firm completed the share allotment for this round in August 2026. Formal documentation for the transaction was filed during the same month.
