Voxcomm Ltd reaches £1.2m valuation following latest funding

A capital injection of £25k has been secured by Voxcomm Ltd, an Oxted-based technology firm. This latest round values the business at £1.2m and follows £40k in previous capital raised earlier this year, bringing the total for 2026 to £65k.

The company (UK company #16919423) was incorporated in December 2025 to focus on business and domestic software development. Its operations include the creation of custom and made-to-order software, alongside providing programming services for ready-made business and domestic applications. Technical capabilities at the firm extend to systems analysis and the design of both database structures and content.

Documentation for the share allotment was filed in September 2026.
