Leeds-based Vet-ai secures £19.5m for pet health technology

An estimated £19.5m has been raised by Vet-ai Ltd to expand its suite of digital tools for the veterinary sector. Incorporated in 2018, the Leeds-headquartered operation provides automated triage, symptom checkers, and AI health-check services. These telemedicine solutions are marketed to both pet owners and veterinary professionals seeking remote diagnostic support.
The funding round coincides with structural changes to the company's ownership. Recent documentation shows that Correlation One Investments (Europe) Limited now holds between 50 and 75 percent of the shares and voting rights. Another entity, Vai Investments Limited, holds a stake of between 25 and 50 percent.
Additional parties notified of significant influence or control include L.P. Chicago Pacific Founders Pet Fund - Off Leash Capital and L.P. Chicago Pacific Founders Pet Fund - Off Leash Capital-A. The business reported a headcount of 112 staff members in its latest accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025; this round constitutes the firm's total funding for 2026.
Jeremiah Zinn was appointed to the board as a director in August (filings were processed in September). While his specific affiliation was not confirmed in the documentation, LinkedIn suggests he is possibly an investor.
