Tem-energy Limited provides an AI-enabled platform designed to link businesses directly with renewable energy generators. Based in London, the company operates a product known as RED (Renewable Energy Direct). This platform offers traceable electricity supply to non-domestic customers equipped with half-hourly electricity meters. The system allows businesses to bypass the traditional wholesale energy market by facilitating direct procurement.
The company recently raised £12.2k in a funding round. This latest capital injection follows a substantial Series B round of £41.3m closed in December 2025.
Since its incorporation in 2021, Tem-energy has raised capital across several stages. In August 2024, the company completed a Series A round of £215k. This followed a £9.6m Seed round in May 2024. Earlier funding includes a £2.5m Seed round in December 2022 and a separate £75k investment during the same month. That December 2022 round placed the company valuation at £2.3m. In January 2022, the business raised £531k at a valuation of £2.7m.
Tem-energy aims to address inefficiencies in the energy supply chain by providing a direct link between generators and end-users. The company filed its latest accounts for the year ending 31 October 2025. The filing for the current £12.2k round occurred in May, following an allotment date in February.
