Lincoln-based Synx Games reaches £529.6k valuation with new funding

A £30k funding round in 2026 has valued Synx Games Ltd at an estimated £529.6k post-money. Based in Lincoln, the platform-native studio was incorporated in 2022 to develop and operate user-generated gaming experiences. Its products target creators within sandbox ecosystems, specifically Minecraft and Roblox, to deliver community-driven content across social and livestream platforms.

The studio operates in the business and domestic software development sector and maintains an online presence at synx.games, aiming to offer new ways to play titles already loved by millions of people. This follows £50k raised during 2025.

Financial filings for the year ended 30 June 2025 reported one employee, though the company now lists six staff members on its LinkedIn profile. Documentation was filed in June following an allotment of shares in May.
