Superplan reaches £5.1m valuation after securing new investment

An estimated post-money valuation of £5.1m has been set for Superplan Ltd after its latest funding round. Based in London, the company develops infrastructure for regulated financial advice by structuring client and policy data through artificial intelligence. This technology reasons about recommendations to generate compliant documentation for advisers to review and approve.

The platform aims to reduce the time and cost required to deliver Pension, Collective & Life, and Protection plans. Founded in 2023, the business operates with two employees and raised £100k within this 2026 capital injection.

Allotment occurred in July with official filings submitted in August. This follows £80k in total finance secured during 2025, while accounts for the startup were most recently prepared for the year ending 31 December 2024.
