Sum Vivas Ltd, a Liverpool-based developer of AI-integrated digital humans, has raised an estimated £100k in its latest funding round. The investment, which was allotted on 8 April 2026 and filed on 5 May 2026, gives the company an estimated post-money valuation of £1.2m.
Founded in April 2019, Sum Vivas creates digital employees designed to automate customer communication and enhance user experiences. These digital agents are built to be emotionally intelligent and multilingual, providing 24/7 support across sectors including retail, travel, and hospitality. The company technology is capable of handling over 2,000 simultaneous conversations with response times under five seconds.
The current £100k injection follows two previous funding rounds in 2025. In September 2025, the company raised £100k at a valuation of £1.5m. Earlier that year, in February 2025, it secured £30k at a valuation of £903k. The latest valuation of £1.2m is a decrease from the £1.5m valuation recorded in September 2025.
Sum Vivas operates with a team of between three and nine people, according to its latest accounts and social media profiles. The company digital employees are deployed across web, social, and physical locations to capture real-time customer insights and reduce pressure on human service teams.
The firm has established a client base that includes Liverpool Football Club, Liverpool ONE, and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Other organizations using the platform include The Webinar Vet and The Animates. Sum Vivas positions its digital humans as a way for businesses to gain visibility into customer needs while maintaining deployment through approved knowledge bases and defined escalation routes.
